Shipping policy

We use Swiss Post for all our shipping with the additional "zero-impact" option to protect the climate. You will receive an email receipt immediately after purchase. You will receive a second email as soon as your order has been shipped. If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit. Processing and delivery can vary during sales, holidays and other peak times.

Switzerland

Express local shipping fees are 9 CHF.  Please allow 2 business days for delivery.

Europe

Priority PLUS shipping fees for Europe are 20 CHF, include tracking and delivery upon signature. Please allow 2-3 business days for Priority delivery. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

International

PostPac International PRIORITY shipping fees are 30 CHF. It includes tracking and delivery upon signature. Please allow 4-5 days business days for delivery. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.
