Returns & Exchanges
Studio Remo will happily exchange or refund goods received back within 14 days of order date. Please, notify us of your return by emailing sophie@studioremo.com prior to any exchange or return. All items must be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. Studio Remo will reimburse you for both delivery and return shipping charges if you have received an incorrect order or your item was damaged or defective.
Returns are processed within ten working days of receipt. Please allow up to an additional 3 to 5 business days for your refund or store credit (less shipping costs) to be posted to your credit card or Paypal account. Please note that Studio Remo does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods or any international duties and taxes. We‘re not responsible for any lost package during the return process.
Repairs
If a piece gets damaged and you need a repair email sophie@studioremo.com to inquire about your specific case.
Afterlife
If you no longer want your piece, you can return it back to us. We will recycle the materials separately or reuse the textiles into new pieces. We take care of the shipping fees and you will get a 10% discount on your next purchase.
